What are the different shipping options?

Fast Shipping is free for orders across the contiguous U.S. and takes 6-10 business days. All handled by FedEx and USPS.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping timelines are applied after your order has been processed.

If I purchase multiple items, will they ship in one box?

As some of our products are designed to be delightfully heavy, they often ship in separate boxes. This also means they may not arrive all at once. You can keep an eye on your shipment’s journey using the tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation emails.

Rest assured, even if your products ship separately, they should still arrive within your expected shipping window.

Since FedEx often considers multiple packages part of the same order, you might receive more than one box under a single tracking number. You can find more detailed information about your shipment by reading the “package details” under your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

We only sell and ship our products within the US through exdiag.com.

We’re working on expanding our shipping options to spread cozy comfort to even more countries, and hope to be able to introduce these in the near future!

Please note that only orders shipped within the contiguous US are currently eligible for free shipping, returns, and exchanges.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

We can help you change the shipping address as long as your item hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us via this contact form in order to get this changed.

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window.

Provided you haven’t washed, as long as the branded label is still attached to the product, you have the original packaging, and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product.

If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange window on all our products*, provided your product is in tip top shape and your shipping address is within the contiguous US. What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept all credit card and Paypal payments.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@exdiag.com or get in touch via this contact form. Unfortunately, no orders can be canceled once they have been processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, but our team will do our best to help!

Please note that if you cancel your order before it ships out, we will automatically initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Can I cancel my e-gift card?

Unfortunately, e-gift cards purchases can’t be canceled and are non-refundable.
